Once hot, add the sausages and cook for 2 minutes.
Next, add the chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Transfer the sausages and chicken to a bowl leaving the oil.
Step 2:
Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pot.
Once hot, add the onions, celery, and bell pepper.
Mix and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Bring back the chicken and sausages.
Next, add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, diced tomatoes, and two pinches of salt.
Mix until well combined.
Step 4:
Pour the chicken broth and stir.
Step 5:
Add the long-grain rice and stir.
After 25 minutes, stir it well.
Step 6:
Serve in bowls while still warm.
