Sear the chicken for three to five minutes.
(Add a little water or broth if the pan gets too dry).
After cooking, remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, then add the diced onion and bell pepper.
Saute until softened, then add 1/3 cup of chicken broth to deglaze the pan.
Next, add the steamed broccoli and season with salt.
Mix well, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Whisk to combine and season with 1/2 tsp ground black pepper and 1 tsp seasoned salt.
Mix well and set it aside.
Now, grease a 10 cast iron skillet with some butter.
Mix everything to combine, then spread them nicely.
Top it with some more shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
(Broil of desire to brown the top).
