It is probably one of my familys favorite dinner recipes because its filling, flavorful, and comforting.
The chicken and rice are perfectly seasoned and cookedtheres nothing more you could ask for.

It is simply the best.
This recipe only uses simple ingredients, and most are pantry staples.
Plus, it only uses one pan, making cleanup a breeze.
If you are tired of eating the usual chicken recipes you prepare at home, try this one.
I am sure youll absolutely love it.
Mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Place a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Once hot, add the seasoned chicken in one single layer, spacing each piece.
Do not overcrowd the pan.
Do it in batches if needed.
Cook until browned on all sides.
Step 3:
In the same pan, add the butter and garlic.
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
see to it the butter doesnt burn.
Stir in white wine, lemon juice, and salt.
Turn the heat to medium-high and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Once it starts to reduce, take 2 tablespoons and reserve for later.
Add the rice to the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it starts to brown.
Bring it to a low boil.
Once it reaches a low boil, place the lid and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir 2 to 3 times while cooking.
Step 6:
Turn off the heat, and sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese.
Place the chicken on top and drizzle the reserved butter garlic sauce.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and some herbs.
Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
