How to Make Chocolate Rum Balls
Step 1:
Start by melting the milk chocolate.
Stir with a metal spoon, then put it in for another 20 seconds.
Repeat the process until melted.
Step 2:
Add 1 tablespoon of rum and mix.
Set aside and let it cool.
Step 3:
Break the chocolate cookies into pieces and place them in a food processor.
Crush into fine crumbs.
Transfer into a bowl.
Step 4:
Add the desiccated coconut to the crushed cookies.
Next, add the sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate mixture.
Mix until well combined.
Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your wet hands.
Roll it into the chocolate sprinkles to coat, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 6:
Place them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Once chilled, they are ready to serve.
To store them, place them in an air-tight container.
