Just assemble them together and you have the block.

Place them right sides together and cut them into fourths.
Set aside two pairs.
Take the 2 pieces of the white squares and fold them in half diagonally to make a crease.
Cut the excess and press them open.
Trim them into 4 1/2 squares.
Sew them in rows first.
Once done, sew the rows together to make the block.
Snowball every corner of the block to make the diamond patterns.
