TryDonal Skehans cola glazed ham recipe.

Its perfectly cooked and bursting with amazing flavors.
Serve it withasparagus, potatoes, salad, or coleslaw.
Pour in the cola, then add the onion, star anise, cloves, and peppercorns.
If the cola is not enough to fully cover the ham, add water.
Step 2:
Let it come to a boil.
Once boiling, let it simmer steadily for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, turn off the heat and allow it to cool in the liquid.
Turn on the heat and cook until the sugar has dissolved and it becomes a slightly thick glaze.
Let it cool slightly.
Step 4:
Preheat your oven to 450F.
Step 5:
Once that ham has cooled, remove it from the liquid.
Stud each cross with the cloves.
Step 6:
Place the ham in a tray, then brush it with the glaze.
Sprinkle the mustard powder on top.
Once done roasting, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
Thinly slice then serve.
