I made it last weekend at a party, and it was an instant hit.

Step 2:
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the bacon and move it around until partially cooked for 4 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the chopped onions and bell pepper.
Mix and cook for about 5 minutes.
Move it around for 30 seconds.
Next, add the corn, sour cream, and 1/3 of the bacon-vegetable mixture.
Bring it all together, then lower the temperature to medium-low and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5:
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9 x 9 baking dish.
Spread evenly then sprinkle the remaining bacon-vegetable mixture on top.
Place inside a 350F preheated oven on the center rack.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until nice and bubbly.
Step 6:
Top with chopped parsley and chives.
