Whenever I pass by one of their stores, I cant help but buy myself one.
Now, I dont need to go out as I can always make it at home.
I cant wait to fill my kitchen with delicious aromas and enjoy these pastries this week.

Making these may take a bit of effort, but trust me, they are incredibly good!

Whisk until just combined.
Step 3:
Change into a hook attachment and turn the setting to low.
Slowly add half of the flour, turn it to high and continue adding the remaining flour.
Mix until well combined.

Add the activated yeast and mix until it no longer stick to the sides.

Lightly spray a bowl with non-stick spray, then transfer your dough.
Cover it with a cloth and set aside until it doubles into size.

In a medium bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle flour into your work surface and place your dough.
Fold your dough several times, then roll it into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
Step 8:
Spray the butter onto your dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll from the long side, then cut into rolls using plain dental floss.
Step 9:
Place them into a greased cast iron.
Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Step 10:
Place the cinnamon inside a 350F preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 11:
At the 10 minute mark, make the icing.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined and thick.
Place back inside the oven for 120 seconds.
