The colors are popping, and the pattern is easy enough for a beginner to do.
But the best part of this quilt is that it only uses fat quarters to make the whole quilt.
Whether youre a beginner or a seasoned quilter, youll enjoy doing this quilt.
Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step by step instructions.
Cut the 13 1/4 square twice at a 45-degree angle to make four half triangles.
Lastly, cut one 4 1/2 x 12 1/2 rectangle.
Repeat these steps on every single fat quarter.
Step 2
First, sew the smaller half-square triangles together forming a larger half-square triangle.
After this, sew the half-square triangles together to complete the 12 1/2 square.
(This block should measure 16 1/2 square.)
Repeat these steps to create 16 more blocks.
Step 3
when you obtain all the blocks, start assembling the quilt top.
Lay the blocks in a 4 x 4 block layout, rotating every other block 90 degrees.
Sew these blocks together to form rows, then sew those rows together to complete the quilt top.
