I just made it last night, and it was unbelievably flavorful.

Step 2:
Drain the cans of butter beans in a colander and rinse with water.
Step 3:
Once the pan is hot, add the chopped onion and garlic.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Next, add in the flour and mix continuously for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Quickly mix in the paprika and oregano, then pour the milk and broth.
Continue mixing until you get a slightly creamy sauce for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix well then turn the heat to low-medium.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Remove it from heat, then transfer the butter beans into a serving dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped parsley on top.
