I highly recommend you try this dish at home.
Everything complements each other, making this the perfect dinner meal.
Once boiling, add 8 ounces of pasta and cook based on package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2:
Place a pan over heat and add one tablespoon of olive oil.
Once hot, add the minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Add the spinach leaves and a sprinkling of coarse salt.
Saute until wilted for about 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the milk and ricotta cheese.
Step 4:
Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Zest the lemon and add to the mixture.
Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until it bubbles.
Step 5:
Transfer the pasta and mix well.
Sprinkle over 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese.
Mix well and make a taste test.
Add more salt and pepper if needed.
