Next, grab three bowls for the breading.
Combine 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp salt in the first bowl.
In the second bowl, add 2 large eggs, whisk, then stir in 2/3 cup of buttermilk.
In the final bowl, add 2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Place it into a baking sheet.
Repeat these steps for the rest of the onion rings.
Cook them for 12 minutes, flipping them at the six-minute mark.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
