They are not sweet and do not contain any sugar or honey.
Ditch the store-bought ones that have a lot of preservatives and artificial sweeteners and make them from scratch instead.
It comes together easily and quicklyno baking involved.
Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil, then microwave for 1 minute.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Step 2:
Add 1/3 cup of peanut butter to the chocolate mixture.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3:
Mix in 1/4 cup of protein powder and a pinch of salt.
Step 4:
Place a pan over heat, then add the rolled oats.
Toast them until browned.
Step 5:
Add the toasted rolled oats and rice bubbles to the chocolate mixture.
Mix until everything is well coated with the mixture.
Step 6:
Fill your mold with the chocolate mixture.
Spread evenly, then flatten the top.
Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until it hardens.
Step 7:
Once they are set, remove them from the mold.
