Once hot, add chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Mix then cook for a few minutes.
Next, add the chopped red and green bell pepper.
Let it cook for a while, then add the ground meat.
Season it with salt and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Cover it with a lid and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Add the chopped parsley or coriander, followed by the tomato sauce.
Mix until well combined.
Cook until the beef is browned.
Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool completely.
Step 3:
Slice the crust part of the bread on all sides.
Get one slice and flatten it using a rolling pin.
Do the same for all slices.
Next, shape them into cones.
Dip your fingers in a bowl of water then press the sides to close them.
Step 4:
Fill the cones with the meat filling, then close them.
On a plate, add the breadcrumbs.
Dip each cone into the egg and coat it with the breadcrumbs.
Step 6:
Add a generous amount of oil to a frying pan.
Once the oil is hot, add the cones and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve on a plate with sauce on the side.
