Summer is the best time for salads.
One of my highly recommended salad recipes isBreak the Spices cucumber tomato avocado salad.
It is refreshing, delicious, and packed with amazing flavors!

I love that the ingredients are very simple.
Some recipes use too much dressing that overpowers the taste of the salad, which I do not prefer.
When you make this recipe at home, use the freshest ingredients from the market and high-quality olive oil.
They make a big difference to your salad.
Avocados are in season, so see to it you pick the best ones.
Use 1 teaspoon of baking soda per 34 oz of water.
Soak all the vegetables for half an hour, then rinse them with running water.
Step 2:
Get some paper towels and dry the herbs.
This will keep them from getting soggy.
Step 3:
Slice cucumber and onions into small pieces.
Dice the tomatoes and avocados into small cubes, then finely chop the herbs.
Using a wooden spoon, gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Make a taste test and adjust seasonings if needed.
Set the salad aside for 15 minutes.
This step will allow the vegetables to soak all the flavor.
you’re able to store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Step 5:
Just before you serve the salad, gently mix in the diced avocado.
Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds or pistachios to add some crunch and nutty flavors to your salad.
