Whisk until well combined.
Step 2:
Add 1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again.
Step 3:
Peel the skin from the apples and slice them into small pieces.
Mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Add the sliced apples to the egg mixture.
Keep on mixing until well incorporated.
Step 7:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop the mixture using a spoon and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Use another spoon to push the batter onto the parchment paper as it can be sticky.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
confirm each one is spaced well.
Step 9:
While its baking make the garnish.
In a small bowl, add 1 spoon of powdered sugar and a little bit of cinnamon powder.
Combine the two and set aside for later.
Sprinkle the sugar cinnamon powder on top.
