I served it one weekend when everyone in the family was at home.
It was the first time they tried something like this and they all loved it!
We will surely be keeping this in our cookbook.

Step 2:
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
Add the sliced bananas and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until softened.
Step 3:
Place the sliced bananas on one side of the pan.
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and let it melt.
Mix it with the bananas, then remove from heat.
Transfer to a bowl and set it aside.
Step 4:
Get the slices of bread and trim the edges of each piece.
Flatten each one using a rolling pin.
Step 5:
In a medium mixing bowl, add egg and 1 tablespoon of milk.
Whisk until well combined.
Brush the sides with the egg mixture, then roll and seal.
Repeat for the remaining slices.
Step 7:
Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Dip each roll in egg mixture, then fry until sides are golden.
Coat each banana roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Step 9:
Serve and enjoy!
