Rolled oats are used for this recipe because they are thick and have a chewy texture.
But if you want, you might also use quick oats.
Mix until all dry ingredients are combined.
Step 2:
Add 2/3 cup of milk to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
Mix until it looks like a thick chocolate spread with oats.
Step 3:
Line a mold with parchment paper on all sides.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly, especially on the corners.
Step 5:
Once done baking, remove it from the oven and place on a plate.
Set it aside and let it cool down for about 20 minutes until it firms up.
Slice into bars, and they are ready to serve!
