Making these DIY blinds is easier than you could imagine.
it’s possible for you to pull it up and down like you would with normal blinds.

When its open, it creates a beautiful curved design on the bottom.
Add a few inches to the length, then use those measurements to cut the wallpaper.
Step 2:
Fold the wallpaper in an accordion fold or z-fold.
Step 4:
Thread a string through the hole.
Tape the top end, then add a a long bead to the bottom.
Step 5:
Take double sided tape and stick it to the edge of the wallpaper.
Step 6:
Stick the blind to the upper window frame and its done.
