Tug the balloon all the way around until it looks wrinkly.
After this, fully inflate the balloon until its full size to help stretch, then deflate completely.
Flatten it against the table, then make a small cut along the top seam of the balloon.

Now, make your flower bouquet with an assortment of faux flowers.
(If you dont want to arrange your own bouquet, you might buy a pre-arranged one already.)
Make the bouquet airtight by inserting the stems of the bouquet inside an 11 latex balloon.
Step 3
Once done, start stuffing the bouquet inside the balloon.
Then, take it to the heat sealer and reseal the top seam.
Seal a few times to verify its properly sealed.
Finally, seat the bubble bouquet into the box with floral foam.
Decorate it however you like to finish your project.
