Next, place the wood inside a hoop and space them out.
Now grab some screws and drill the two boards in place.
(The wood needs to sit flat against the hoop. )
Tip: pre-drill your holes before you begin to make it even easier.

Next, place the second hula hoop over the top.
Lower it about two to three inches from the top of the wood.
(Use a measuring tape for accuracy.)
Once done, drill the hoop to place.
