Its super easy to make, and you dont need to be an expert in crafting to make this.

Secure the leggings by hot gluing it to the plastic bottle.
After this, attach it to the bag by hot gluing it.
(This will serve as the strap of the bag.)
Attach the flower embellishment by hot gluing it to the lower part of the felt paper.
Your DIY no-sew bag is now complete.
