Next, drill a hole in the top part and start removing that portion using a jigsaw machine.
This will make the top more open.
Next, attach the circle board at the bottom, inside the tire, and secure it with screws.
After this, bring the tire out and spray paint it in the color of your choice.
Let the paint dry completely.
Grab your chosen fabric and cut two circles with the tires measurement.
Sew it along the edges, leaving a gap for the foam.
Sew it on the long edge and leave a gap.
Fill the two cases with foam, then sew the gap close.
Finally, place the round pillow in the center of the tire, then the long pillow around it.
Your DIY pet bed is now finished!
