This DIY teddy bear hot air balloon decoration is so adorable!

Its super easy to make and only requires a few materials.
If you have balloons at home you havent used, now is the right time to take them out.

Secure it with hot glue.
Step 3:
Blow air into a big balloon.
It should be large enough to fit on the wooden sticks.
Use masking tape to secure the balloons to the sticks.
Step 4:
Blow air into the small balloons.
Start sticking dual tissue tape on each one, then stick them around the big balloon.
confirm to alternate the colors for the design.
Make smaller balloons to fill up those spots.
Step 6:
Place the teddy bear onto the basket.
