Next, use double-sided tape to attach the rope around the plastic bottle.
Repeat this process until you have wrapped the whole bottle with rope.
(For added design, you’re free to use two shades of rope.)
Next, put holes on both sides and attach a piece of rope then tie it.
This will serve as the handle of the toilet paper holder.
Lastly, place the toilet paper roll inside, and your DIY holder is now finished.
