Create 6 holes on the bottom edge, then 4 pairs of holes on the top edge.
Step 3:
Create four holes on the top part of a plastic bottle.
Step 4:
Cut four strips of cloth and insert them halfway through the holes.
Glue the bottom of the plastic bottle inside the water bottle.
Step 6:
Get another plastic bottle and cut the top and bottom parts.
Glue the top part on the end of the metal tube, then use the bottom to cover it.
Step 8:
Fill the inside with soil.
Make holes in the sides of the trash bag, then plant your vegetables.
Fill the bottle inside through the tube with just enough water and let the plants grow.
