What you need:
Step 1
Make the hardening solution.
Mix water, half a cup of flour and 1 cup of liquid Starch in a Bowl.
Step 3
Add the string to your mixture by coiling it around the edge of the container.
Step 4
Blow up some egg shaped water balloons.
Step 6
Hang and let it dry.
Once dried, Pop the Balloon inside.
