Its quick, easy, and inexpensive to do.
This project is one of my favorite spring DIYs, as I can decorate it in many ways.
I can put faux or decorative plants, easter eggs, or some flowers on it.

After this, connect both ends to form a circle, securing them with floral wire as well.
Next, lay another plastic fence and put the circle piece on top of it.
Measure how big youll need for the bottom, then cut it.
Attach it with floral wire to the circle piece, cutting off any protruding part.
Step 2
Once done, cut the lower part again, leaving just the detailed half piece.
Now, lay both pieces on top of one another and secure them in place.
Paint it with the color of your choice, then let it dry completely.
Once done, put some twine for a decorative accent.
Lastly, put it on your porch and place some decorative plants inside.
