After this, go ahead and glue it.
Next, take one of the pieces of glass and glue it on the background.
Next, take your background and one of the frames and stick it in there.
Lock it into place.
Now, stick your sea glasses directly on the glass of the frame.
After you glue down all your sea glass, wait for it to completely dry.
