Step 2:
Add the chopped semi-sweet chocolates into the bowl, followed by the butter.
Melt in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Once melted, let it cool slightly.
Add all the remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 3:
Combine the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Step 4:
Fold in the chopped semisweet chocolate.
Top with more semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
