Gently mix all ingredients well using a fork.
Step 3:
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Gently stir until well incorporated.
Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter and pour into the skillet to form a small to medium-sized pancake.
Flip to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
