My family loves this recipe so much that we make it several times a week.

Place in a bowl.
Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, then mix.
Set it aside and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
While waiting, finely slice the medium onion.
Step 3:
Drizzle olive oil into a pan over heat, then add the sliced onion.
Fry the onion until they caramelize.
Set aside when done.
Step 4:
Squeeze the cabbage well until all the water is removed.
Place in a clean bowl.
Step 5:
Add sauteed onions to the shredded cabbage.
Next, add 2 large eggs and mix well.
Step 6:
Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of cheese powder to a plate.
Mix until well combined.
Step 7:
Get a spoonful of the mixture then form into a patty.
Next, coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Repeat with the remaining cabbage mixture.
Step 8:
In a different bowl, beat 1 egg.
Dip the patties into the beaten egg, then coat again with the breadcrumb mixture.
Repeat with remaining patties.
Once the oil is hot, add the patties.
Fry the patties for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 10:
Make the sauce.
Finely chop the chives and place them in a bowl.
Grate a clove of garlic, then add 1 cup of yogurt.
Add a pinch of salt and a bit of black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Step 11:
Serve the patties with the sauce.
