Season with 3/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of crushed pepper.
Combine well then let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Pour 4 tablespoons of oil into a pan over medium heat.
Next, add the chopped green chilies and red chilies.
Mix them and fry for 1 minute.
Add the ginger paste and stir for 2 minutes until the raw smell is gone.
Fry them on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 4:
Put the diced potatoes and chopped tomatoes into the pan and mix well.
Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt then mix it again.
Step 5:
Once the tomatoes are soft, pour the coconut milk and mix well.
Mix all ingredients well then let it simmer for 1 or 2 minutes.
Once done, turn off the heat then serve.
