Not only is it tasty, but its also packed with nutrients that are good for you.
All the vegetables are finely chopped, so you’re free to easily scoop them.
It has broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale leaves, carrots, and parsley.
To add some crunch, roasted almonds, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds are added.

Blend until finely chopped.
Do it for each vegetable.
They should look like crumbs.
Finely chop the parsley too.
Step 2:
Place all the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
Step 3:
Add chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, and roughly chopped cranberries.
Do not mix it yet.
Step 4:
Make the dressing.
Whisk everything together until well combined.
Step 5:
Get the bowl of veggies and drizzle the homemade dressing.
Toss everything together until well combined.
