Transfer them to a large mixing bowl, then add 1 tsp cinnamon.
Mix well, making sure every apple cube is properly coated.
Next, melt 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter in a large pan, then add 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
Mix, then add the cinnamon apples.
Toss everything well until the apples begin to caramelize.
In another bowl, add three egg whites and whisk until foamy.
After this, add 1/4 tsp salt and whisk while adding 3/4 cup caster sugar gradually.
Once done, whisk in 3 egg yolks and 1 cup of canola oil.
Mix until well combined.
Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
After baking, let it cool in the mold for ten minutes.
Dust some icing sugar on top, then serve.
