Not only is it super easy to make, but it is also packed with amazing flavors.
Whenever I cook this at home, it is always a hit.
Nothing gets left on the dinner table.
Even the kids cant get enough of these chicken skewers.
The secret to making this dish delicious is the seasonings and you need a lot of them.
It is the best alternative to grilledchicken kabobswhen you cant prepare them on your grill due to the weather.
Once done, it is ready to go in the oven.
How quick and easy is that?
Just double-check to soak the skewers first so they will not burn in the oven.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
Step 3:
Soak your skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
Step 5:
Once the chicken is done marinating, start threading the pieces onto the skewer.
If the piece of chicken is too long, check that to thread it twice through the skewer.
Once the skewer is full, place it over the rack.
Repeat the process for the remaining chicken.
double-check to space them apart on the rack.
Step 6:
Place in a 450F preheated oven then roast for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken over and roast for 5 more minutes.
Next, broil for a minute or two.
Step 7:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
