Saute for a few seconds.
Step 2:
Add the sliced onion and saute for a few seconds.
Next, add 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste.
Saute until the onions become soft.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and the beef slices.
Mix and fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Next, add 1 large habanero chili.
Mix until well incorporated, then cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and mix for 3 minutes.
Next, add 2 cups of water.
Step 7:
Once done, let it cool down by itself.
Open and add 1 cup of warm water.
Mix until its well incorporated.
Bring the curry to a boil.
Step 8:
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix well.
Cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the chopped coriander and mix again.
