This broccoli fritter is very easy and quick to make.

Step 2:
Mix in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.
Mix everything until well combined, then stir in the rice flour.
Step 4:
Place a nonstick pan over heat and lightly grease with oil.
Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture and spread evenly.

Cover and cook until golden brown on both sides.
