I always enjoy making this soup as it comes easily.
It is the perfect soup to warm you up during winter.
But of course, you’re able to still have it any day of the year.
Add the carrots, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
Stir and cover for 2 minutes.
Step 2:
Stir all the vegetables.
Add the minced garlic, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Mix in the diced tomatoes and half of the cabbage.
Once its all mixed up, add the remaining cabbage.
Step 4:
Pour 3/4 of the chicken broth and cover for 15 minutes.
Mix everything together, then pour the remining chicken broth.
Mix, place the lid, and let it simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
