For this recipe, you will be making a homemade crust.
Gruyere cheese is preferred, but you could use other cheese you have in hand.

Pour the cold water, then process again until it turns into dough.

Step 2:
Transfer the dough to your work surface.
Form it into a ball, then press it to flatten into a disk.
Wrap it with plastic wrap, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Make the filling.
In a large pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and some olive oil.
Once melted, add the chopped onions and saute for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Add the crushed garlic and spinach to the pan.
Cook until they are wilted.
Beat well, then set it aside.
Step 6:
Lightly flour the board, then roll out the dough.
Lightly dust it on top, then roll until the dough is about 1/8 inch thick.
Trim any excess dough, then gently pierce the bottom of the crust using a fork.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 7:
Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 10:
Place inside the oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done, allow it to cool slightly.
