It comes easily and always turns out tasty.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Beat on medium-low speed until well combined.
Lightly brush the edges with the beaten egg white.
Fold each corner in about 1 inch towards the center and gently press.
Place them on the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Step 5:
Place inside the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Rotate the pans and bake again for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Step 6:
Make the glaze.
Drizzle over the warm pastries.
