Next, add 3/4 cup sugar and continue mixing until light and fluffy.
Once done, add 1 large egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Fold together until well combined.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and chill it in the fridge for at least an hour.
Place it in a parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
Repeat these and fill the sheet pan with dough balls.
Place the cookies in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for twelve to fourteen minutes.
After baking, let the cookies cool down completely before serving.
