Who doesnt love pancakes in the morning?
This recipe is truly the best Ive ever tried, and Im sure you love it too.

Whisk together until well combined.
In another bowl, add the buttermilk, two large eggs, and vanilla extract.
Whisk them together until its well blended.
After this, add the wet mixture to the dry mixture.
Mix everything until its just moistened.
(Be careful not to overmix it).
While whisking, add the melted butter and stir just until incorporated.
Next, peel the apples, then grate them into the large holes of a box grater.
Transfer the grated apples to the batter and gently fold until incorporated.
Once the oil is hot, scoop the batter into the pan, leaving some space between each pancake.
Cook for two to three minutes per side.
After the pancakes are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter.
