Step 2:
Fill a large pan of water and let it come to a boil.
Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes until soft.
Step 4:
Turn the heat to medium and add the flour.
Stir and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5:
Slowly pour the milk while mixing using a whisk.
Step 6:
Continue to heat the mixture while stirring until it thickens.
Step 7:
Stir in 2/3 of the cheese until melted.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Step 8:
Drain the pasta and transfer into a baking dish.
Mix everything, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley then serve.
