I highly recommend this recipe, especially if you love potatoes and cheese.
It does not require any special ingredients.
The star of this taco is the potato.
This will make the tacos more delicious and packed with flavors.
Boil until fork tender.
Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Mash the potatoes and mix in 2 tablespoons of parmesan.
Once melted, add the chopped onion and chopped bell pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3:
Season with paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Add 2 tablespoons of water.
Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Add the vegetables to the mashed potatoes.
