Place a steamer basket in the pot and add the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
Steam the vegetables for 6 minutes or until they are tender.
Toss the veggies to mix.
Whisk until well mixed.
Step 5:
Add the seasoned veggies to the prepared pie plate.
Sprinkle the scallions and shredded cheese on top.
Step 6:
Pour the egg mixture into the veggies and cheese until they are fully covered.
Step 7:
Cook for about 45 minutes or until the top is lightly brown.
Step 8:
Once done cooking, let it cool then slice.
