Step 2:
Add olive oil in a large skillet and place over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the onion and mushroom.
Saute until softened for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Next, add the garlic and cook for a minute or more.
After that, add the spinach, cheddar cheese, and feta cheese.
Mix until well incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie plate and spread evenly.
Step 3:
Get a mixing bowl and add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Whisk until well combined, then pour over the spinach mixture onto the prepared plate.
Once done baking, let it cool for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve on a plate.
