Trace the bottom to a piece of cardboard, then cut it out.

Cover it with fabric and using hot glue to keep the fabric in place.

Step 2:

Cover the inside and the top edge of the bucket with fabric.

Use glue to keep it in place.

Glue the covered cardboard on the inside of the bucket.

Step 3:

Put the bucket upside down and find the center.

Roll a jute rope into spiral to form a circle.

Do not cut the rope.

Continue with the sides of the bucket.

Do not cover the whole side, see to it the fabric is still showing.

Step 4:

Get the yard cord and wrap it around the top edge to measure.

Cut it with that measurement.

Step 5:

Get the yard cord.

Fold and measure how long you want the fringes to be.

Cut several pieces in that length.

Using a comb, untangle the cord.

Trim it with a pair of scissors.

Step 7:

Glue on the top edge of the plastic bucket.

Step 8:

Get a small piece of florist wire and braid the cord into it.

Insert a small piece of cardboard and place into the center.

Glue them on the sides of the bucket between the fabric and cord.

Step 9:

Tie the fringes into groups, then cut each one in a pointed shape.
