Add a little bit of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the yolks and beat until well mixed.

Step 2:

Meringue the egg whites.

Prepare 1/2 tablespoon of sugar per 1 egg.

If you have 5 eggs, you need about 2.5 tablespoons of sugar.

Pour the egg yolk and cook.

Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

It will expand as it cooks and the edges will be brown.

Slice it in half then place them on top of each other.

If you want something sweet, you’re free to add honey or maple syrup.

Slice into small pieces then serve.
