Rub the spices nicely and evenly on both sides, then coat the fish evenly with all-purpose flour.
Now, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan.
Once heated through, gently place the fish fillet and fry until golden brown.
After frying, remove it from the pan and set it aside.

Now, make the garlic butter sauce.
In the same pan, melt a cube of butter.
After this, add 2 tbsp minced garlic and fry until golden brown.
Season with 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
After a couple of minutes, turn off the heat and pour the sauce all over the fish.
